Today I have the pleasure of publishing Juno & Joy sponsor Emily Johnson Photography‘s work…and I must say you’re in for a treat! Relaxed, creative and pinch-yourself pretty Alex and Chris’s celebration is the perfect example of a luxe bohemian wedding against the beautiful backdrop of Jimmy’s Farm, Suffolk. Simply but elegantly styled, it’s informal but with traditional touches and a few quirky twists – their small and intimate ceremony was followed by (in Bride Alex’s words) a “massive party” afterwards…
Clearly a couple with an eye for detail, from the opulent feminine florals with a field-gathered feel to the Johanna Hehir gown that’s a wonderful mix of contemporary, fashion-forward and traditional bridal style I am all over the styling of this one…and what’s more…it’s brimming with personality!
I’m struggling to narrow down my favourite details…the floral arch, halo veil, the low back to Alex’s dress…and one of my favourite style statements – a red-lipped bride – yes!!!
Photographer Emily has such an eye for capturing “moments” – don’t you think?
