A unique collaboration between international wedding suppliers, today’s inspiration is an innovative styled shoot concept we’ve yet to see explored before…a bride-to-be dreaming up her wedding day plans! Such a wonderful way to incorporate an eclectic range of ideas, whilst showcasing the talents of those from within the wedding industry, we immediately fell in love with the laid back boho bride vibe of it all. Creative and pretty here’s a little more about what went into this styled shoot by designer, illustrator and stylist Marketa of Bohemian Mint:
Rather than presenting a styled wedding, we wanted to capture the wedding planning process – a bride dreaming up the details of her wedding day, painting her dress, her cake, and her stationery, getting lost in her surroundings. We wanted to highlight the fact that a wedding is not just a one-day event, it’s a result of months and months of planning and dreaming. The nature was our muse – the incredibly stunning nature and temples of South Korea, and all décor elements, flowers, and stationery mirrored this.
…It all started with an online friendship between me and Roxy, who lives in South Korea. You really have to love the Internet – how else would a Czech-American girl who lives on Long Island, New York would ever meet a South African girl in Korea? Roxy found two fabulous creatives to join our little venture: Rachel McGovin Porter and the beautiful Jessica GW Han, our model.Daydreaming in the meadows of South Korea…with handpainted wedding stationery, pretty flowers and lovely surroundings. This styled shoot was total a daydream in itself!
Beautiful and creative we adore the bohemian styling elements and delicate wildflower details!
