I do love a bit of fashion led editorial and today’s really hits the spot. Breath-taking inspiration for all you alternative brides with a bohemian edge these gorgeous design led looks are a collaboration between photographer Alicia Lucia and models Emily, Lacey and Tammy. Showcasing heavy lace, ruffles and tie-die as sassy bridal style, my favourite detail has to be the flower crowns which were foraged on location at Corrales, New Mexico…Yep, you know what’s coming – it’s perfect proof that your wedding should be inspired and led by your surroundings and circumstances!
From photographer Alicia: This styled shoot was inspired by the models themselves. They had a very earthy, boho vibe to them. From their look, we pulled inspiration for hair, makeup and floral. Materials for halos were sourced straight from our woods (bosque) along the Rio Grande. The native plants’ seeded pod stages provided the perfect range of hues and textures of New Mexico winters; adding the perfect finishing touch tying in nature and fashion.
Pretty fierce huh?
