I’m brightening your day up with the most beautiful styled shoot showcasing quintessentially English garden wedding style and the prettiest of pastel palettes perfect for pinning to your online scrapbook! A collaboration of some of the finest South West wedding suppliers this was sent to me by Elle of Inspire Hire and Venetia Norrington – both of whom I’ve long admired for their creative and inspiring yet attainable wedding work.
Captured at beautiful Escot Park, Devon – a gorgeous Georgian stately home set within the most spectacular surroundings and famed for it’s family wedding appeal, it’s this that inspired the scheme. From Elle: “The shoot is a very English affair, with some tweed, some floral rosettes and liberty print, vintage pony club trophies, a big dog, a tiny pony, a hand painted cake, oh and some cute as a button twin flower girls in Tutus! Escot is a fun family venue, and we wanted to show off what is amazing about it, hence failing to abide by the ‘never work with children or animals’ rule!”
Um miniature pony at your wedding anyone..?
I love how utterly British this is…from the Liberty print to the pin-wheels (OMG that cake!) and English garden flowers, it’s all so covetable!
