Simple yet oh-so-sophisticated, today we’re showcasing a gorgeous winter wedding from across-the-pond. Kellie and John-Paul got hitched in Louisiana at the incredible St Joseph’s Abbey before celebrating later at bride’s home. A simple neutral winter palette with lots of greenery and texture and plenty of feminine touches it pretty much nails winter wedding loveliness for us without being at all cliché. We adore it and the gorgeous images captured by Arte De Vie…
From photographer CheyAnne: My heart swells with adoration for this lovely couple – their love is gorgeous – plain and simple. They truly make love look easy and it was evident with their relationship with their friends and family, that most of them probably share this sentiment about Kellie and John-Paul as well.
Kellie got ready at the home where she grew up, and the reception was there as well. Kellie’s dress from BHLDN was incredible; elegant, simple, and oh so perfect…and those bridesmaid’s dresses…amazeballs. The whole day was full of surprises, and special touches. The beauty of St Joseph’s Abbey could not have been a more perfect place for Kellie and John-Paul to say I do and once the ceremony was over, the couple was escorted back to the house for an evening of celebrations.
Such gorgeous use of muted winter whites and greys…and don’t Kellie & John-Paul look lovely!
