Today’s supplier showcase is a wonderful tribute to the talents on offer to those planning a Scottish celebration. When photographer Julia Graham submitted this shoot it was one of those pinch ourselves moments - always a privilege to be selected to publish anyone’s work, here at J&J HQ we still find our jaws dropping to the floor when we discover we’ve been trusted with the pleasure of editing and curating so much pretty - and this rustic luxe wedding inspiration really hits the spot…
Edgy, boundary-pushing loveliness, Julia’s vision was this: I wanted to style a bridal shoot which included a simple, soft, single layered dress and the groom’s outfit to compliment it with a soft colour on the shirt and no jacket. They both look effortlessly cool with her flowers taking centre stage and the location had to mirror the simple, rustic charm of the bride an groom’s styling.
From the moody blooms to the simplicity of the bride and grooms styling alongside strong graphics and shapes…it’s sophisticated - it’s exciting. We love.
