A Simple & Relaxed “Golden Hour” Engagement Shoot

Today we’ve the pleasure of showcasing the engagement shoot of our competition winners Jenna & Matt who’s laid back, festival inspired wedding plans captured the imagination of the lovely Emily Johnson Photography who attended and photographed their special day only a couple of weeks ago. From photographer Emily: The engagement shoot took place at Cockington Court in Devon in the grounds of the registry office where Jen and Matt were due to get married. They brought their dog Sam along for moral support. It was an incredibly hot and sunny day and the engagement shoot provided us the opportunity to get to know each other and for Matt especially to get over the camera nerves.

As most of you know we love a simple and natural engagement shoot at J&J HQ - as Emily mentions above - it’s a wonderful opportunity to get over any nerves about being photographed and a great way to acquaint yourself with your photographer…
