If you’d have said a fair few years ago that one of my favourite design details for weddings – in fact ever – would be geometrics I’d have said you were barmy. Maths is my biggest weakness {ahem I’m an E grade student *blush*} yet there’s something so calming and utterly charming in the simplicity of symmetry and a strong, symbolic shape. Geometric weddings can be refined and feminine, simplistic and masculine and a riot of colour and form…there are so many ways to interoperate it into your big day; here’s my take on geometric wedding style…
Are you a geometry wedding geek?

I LOVE geometric weddings!! You see a lot more of them overseas so I would love to see more of them in the UK!

Thanks Cathryn – oh me too! I think they’ll start taking off here though…seeing lots of geo inspiration in the shops at the moment and where the catwalks lead, the high street follows and so on…fingers crossed! X

those hanging geometric shapes and the painting behind the brides (bottom right) is stunning. Hope we get to shoot something similar ourselves this year!
