Autumn Bouquet Recipe - Juno and Joy

Autumn Bouquet Recipe

autumn bouquet feature

Today I have the pleasure of showcasing a beautiful autumn bouquet recipe from Joanne Truby Floral Design – filled with texture and colour, you need not look to far for inspiration as an autumn bride as your rich palette surrounds you…

From Joanne: Autumn, the days start to get shorter and the leaves begin to change in colour and fall from the trees. Autumn is all about the rich mix of vibrant colours in shades of reds, oranges, yellows & burgundies, textured foliages, fruits and berries. Such a gorgeous array of flowers are available during Autumn too some of which I have included in this bouquet. Dahlia’s, Chocolate Cosmos (which actually smells of chocolate too!) Astilbe in raspberry & ruby red and Euphorbia. Chrysanthemums although some varieties are available all year round, Tom Pearce with its burnt like yellowy orange tone and Kiev Red in deep burgundy are particularly popular during the Autumn months. Seeded eucalyptus is one of my favourite foliages & is probably at its best during the Autumn season. Continus is another unusual foliage with very dark burgundy leaves that have a smooth shiny finish, that almost makes it look unreal. Go outside have a forage you will probably be amazed by your Autumn finds…
